WHAT IT IS
Potato starch flour is extracted from the cells of the potato plant, Solanum tuberosum. The potatoes are crushed, which releases the starch grains. The starch is then washed out and dried.

 

WHY WE LOVE IT
We use potato flour as an all natural way to thicken, reduce the oily feeling, and provide very gentle exfoliation in some of our products.
